2. Responsibility & Insurance for Damage or Loss
- We bear the risk until the item is delivered to you, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act § 27.
- If the package is damaged or lost, contact us immediately with your tracking number. We will assist with replacement or refund.
- Posten insurance covers up to the specified limit.
3. International Shipping
- All international shipping is sent via Posten with tracking. Once the package leaves Norway, it is handed over to the receiving country’s postal service.

- If an issue occurs during transit, we recommend contacting your local postal service to file a claim.
- You are responsible for customs duties and import fees. These are not included in the shipping price.
- International orders cannot be returned or refunded once a tracking number is issued. Exceptions apply for EU/EEA deliveries under the 14-day right of withdrawal, but hygiene exclusions apply to used samples.
4. Consumer Rights for Delays or Defects
- If the item is delayed, you have the right to delivery, cancellation, or compensation under Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchases Act.
- If the item has a defect, you may file a complaint up to 2 years after receipt (absolute deadline), and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (relative deadline: up to 2 months).
