Shipping & Delivery

1. Domestic Shipping within Norway

  • Posten Parcel: Small NOK 76 (insured up to NOK 2,500) or Large NOK 140 (insured up to NOK 10,000). Delivered to home or pick-up location, with notifications via SMS/email/app.
  • Tracking is available via the Posten app and via email with tracking number.
  • Free shipping: For orders over NOK 969, shipping is free: Posten Small for orders from NOK 969 to 2,500, and Posten Large for orders from NOK 2,500 to 10,000 within Norway.
  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after ordering.
  • Insurance claims may take over 90 days and require the customer’s cooperation according to the carrier’s guidelines.

2. Responsibility & Insurance for Damage or Loss

  • We bear the risk until the item is delivered to you, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act § 27.
  • If the package is damaged or lost, contact us immediately with your tracking number. We will assist with replacement or refund.
  • Posten insurance covers up to the specified limit.

3. International Shipping

  • All international shipping is sent via Posten with tracking. Once the package leaves Norway, it is handed over to the receiving country’s postal service.
  • After dispatch, the parcel is beyond our control. International shipments are not insured, and we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
  • If an issue occurs during transit, we recommend contacting your local postal service to file a claim.
  • You are responsible for customs duties and import fees. These are not included in the shipping price.
  • International orders cannot be returned or refunded once a tracking number is issued. Exceptions apply for EU/EEA deliveries under the 14-day right of withdrawal, but hygiene exclusions apply to used samples.

4. Consumer Rights for Delays or Defects

  • If the item is delayed, you have the right to delivery, cancellation, or compensation under Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchases Act.
  • If the item has a defect, you may file a complaint up to 2 years after receipt (absolute deadline), and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (relative deadline: up to 2 months).
