Are all the perfumes real?
Yes, of course! That's our most important rule. All perfume samples and perfumes (new and used) are 100% authentic , guaranteed.
Our goal is to allow more people to try these amazing scents, so we will NEVER use perfumes that are not authentic!
What do the sample bottles look like?
We take quality very seriously, so we use glass decanter bottles with good atomizers for all our samples. Glass preserves perfume notes better than plastic bottles. Take a look at our bottles here .
How does shipping work?
Shipping within Norway:
We offer Postnord Parcel shipping for 69 NOK throughout Norway. Postnord delivers to nearby pickup points. You will be notified via SMS/email, as well as in the Postnord app, when your package is ready for pickup. Please collect your package within the deadline, otherwise it will be returned to us. You will then need to pay for shipping again.
All packages are tracked and insured up to 10,000 NOK. You can follow the tracking in the Postnord app. We will send you the tracking number via email.
For orders over 969 NOK, shipping is FREE (within Norway)!
We will prepare and ship your order within 1 to 4 business days.
International Shipping:
All international shipping is handled via Posten. Tracking will be provided. The package will be transferred to your country’s national postal service and delivered through them. We have no control over the package once it leaves our hands, and the packages are not insured. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage/loss that may occur during shipping.
International shipping is not eligible for return/refund from the moment the order is fulfilled.
Can I return my perfume?
Norway:
We do not operate as a business, but as a personal hobby, therefore we do not accept returns on orders if the reason is a change of mind. Samples are for testing purposes, and we cannot accept returns on used samples if you did not like them.
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Please contact us at: scentsation.no@gmail.com. Once we have provided a tracking number and fulfilled your item, any cancellation/change of mind/return is strictly not accepted.
Engraved bottles are strictly non-returnable from the moment of ordering.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, Postnord insures the packages, and you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us/Postnord immediately with your tracking number if this happens.
International:
International orders outside of Norway are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable from the moment your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number provided.
